Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the new location of the Utica Children's Museum in the former International Butcher's Union National Headquarters. The project includes an addition and complete reconstruction of the interior, HVAC design providing an energy efficient system, proper zoning for the varying usage requirements, and limited floor to deck height.
